Third Sector Engagement

The Third Sector have been recognised as key stakeholders in how we will transform health and social care with the Moving Forward Together Blueprint highlighting that

We need to welcome and integrate the important role played in care delivery by the third sector and other partners

The Sector provides a diverse range of support to people and it reaches people who use health and social care services, with links to specific communities and the wider public. It is therefore critical that the Moving Forward Together Programme engages and works alongside the Sector to:

• Reach those potentially most affected by service transformation to ensure we meet their needs
• Improve experience and outcomes for all those who use and those - statutory and voluntary - who provide services.
